Esther Goedman (1974) graduated in 1997 with a double master’s degree from the Faculty of Literature of Leiden University and Utrecht University. After working for several years in various management positions in the temporary employment industry, she started at KPMG Ebbinge Campus in 2000, specializing in the mediation of top-tier talent from universities in the Netherlands. After Ebbinge, Esther worked for several years at Bain & Company. This network still serves as the basis of her assignments in the Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Family fund’s portfolio. 

Early 2013, she decided to launch her own firm, to the relief of those who know her best.

In addition to executive search, Esther Goedman has a passion for nature. She is a certified nature guide for southern Africa and regularly returns to the African wilderness.

Esther is (almost 😊) married and the mother of two children. She is an avid runner and attends hot yoga classes often, but also enjoys fine wine and reading a wide variety of literature and newspapers.
